Voter Eligibility

Only memberships purchased before April 23, 2026 are eligible to vote in this election.

One Individual Member, One Vote

Each eligible individual member may vote once in the 2026 Riverbend Co‑op Director Election.

Some individuals may hold more than one Co‑op number due to past account changes, amalgamations, or membership updates. Regardless, each individual member is entitled to cast a single ballot.

Any ballots identified as being associated with the same member will be invalidated.

Joint Memberships

For joint memberships, one spouse/partner may vote using the regular member number.

The second joint member may vote by entering the membership number with the letter A at the end.

For example:

Member 1234
First voter signs in using: 1234
Second voter signs in using: 1234A

Please note: Riverbend memberships can only have one birthdate associated with an account. That same birthdate must be used for both vote sign-ins on a joint membership.

If you are unsure which partner’s birthdate is listed on the account, please contact Riverbend Co-op Administration or email vote@riverbendcoop.com.

Corporate, Business, and Non-Profit Memberships

Corporate, business, and non-profit memberships have been assigned a random birthdate for voting purposes.

Representatives of these memberships will need to contact Riverbend Co-op Administration to receive the assigned birthdate.

Confirming Your Vote

After selecting your candidates, the voting system will ask you to confirm your choices.

Once your vote has been confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed.
